Large lobulated avidly enhancing sinonasal mass centred on the right maxillary sinus with extensive adjacent expansile bony thinning and erosions
The mass bulges into the floor of the orbit, nasal cavity as well as into the premaxillary soft tissues, and retroantral fat on right side. No obvious intraconal extension or perineural extension of the pathology seen. Retroobstructive changes are noted in the right-sided paranasal sinuses surrounding the mass
Right sided maxillary expansile mass with a multilocular appearance and extension into the orbit, ethmoid sinus and into pterygopalatine fossa on right side. Also there is erosion of greater and lesser palatine foramina on right side
Strikingly occurs more commonly on the right than left side
Age: 2nd-3rd decade

Etiology: The lesion increase by accumulation of tissue which is produced by slow, minute, continuous hemorrhages of multicentric nature due to trauma and some defect in the capillaries.
Histopathology: Composed of fibroblastic cells and giant cells. The giant cells are variably distributed and show focal clustering around areas of hemorrhage. Woven and lamellar bone is present. No cellular atypia.
